Pairing Services

Designated for wine enthusiasts and aspiring wine professionals, the wine training courses at XERA give students the essential knowledge of wine consumption as an art. Even at the fundamental level, students will receive training on everything from the basics such as wine label parsing, tasting technique, serving and preservation, to more advanced knowledge on wine varietals, vino styles (especially sherry), and wine pairings. Students will receive a certificate upon completion of the course, and aspiring sommeliers can also choose to advance to our higher-level courses where they will get trained in the intricacies of the vino world, including sensory tasting, deeper learning in different varietal components, as well as blending and mixing skills.

Wine Training

Distribution Service

In addition to Wine Pairing and Wine Training, we also offer distribution service for corporate and individual clients. Members under our subscription scheme will receive wines catered to their taste delivered to their doorsteps, with shipments ranging from sampling bottles, tasting kits, to full cases of sherries of your choosing.
